Welcome to my blog! My name is Mohamed Eladawi, and I'm a Senior Solution Architect specializing in network design and optimization for RF mobile communication. With over 15 years of extensive experience in LTE/5G Planning, Design & Optimization across multiple vendors and international landscapes, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table.

My journey in the telecommunications industry has taken me across 8 countries, where I honed my skills. Notably, I've played pivotal roles in the successful launches of LTE/5G networks in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Indonesia, and South Africa.

My technical repertoire spans a diverse range of RF specialties, including Crowd-Sourcing, Network Rollout, expansions, swaps, and pre-sales activities. I possess hands-on experience in implementing advanced features of 4G & 5G technologies, such as Dynamic Spectrum Sharing (DSS), FDD NR Carrier Aggregation, and 5G Standalone architecture.

Leadership is another area where I excel, having led over 50 teams across three different countries. My leadership style emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and achieving results that exceed expectations.
